The US Open is one of the most anticiapted events in all of golf.
2006 was a year of firsts for this event. Geoff Ogilivy came onto the scene making his first major win the U.S. open. 15-year-old Tadd Fujikawa became the youngest qualifier in US Open history. Qualifier Madalitso Muthiya became the the first Zambian to play in the U.S. Open. The tournament was played at Winged Foot for the first time since 1984. This years Open will be played at the Oakmont Country Club in Oakmont ,Pa. Don't miss another unforgetable year at the Open.
