Relationship of Parties

• As an Independent Contractor you will not be an employee of Entertainment Sports Partners, Inc.
• This means that you are responsible for paying all employment and income taxes on the compensation received from Entertainment Sports Partners, as well as for unemployment, disability insurance, health insurance, social security, and worker's compensation payments, if any.
• Entertainment Sports Partners will not make withholdings or other payments on your behalf.
• As an Independent Contractor you will not be covered through Entertainment Sports Partners for your state's Worker's Compensation insurance or unemployment insurance.
• As an Independent Contractor, since you are not an employee, you are not eligible to receive any employment benefits from Entertainment Sports Partners.
• In addition, as part of job placement, you will receive a contract specific to each program that you sell or implement on behalf of Entertainment Sports Partners.
